Daniel Barnett, MD, MPH is an Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental Health Sciences at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where he has a joint appointment in the Department of Health Policy and Management. His research interests include evidence-based approaches to enhance public health emergency preparedness and response systems. His received his MD degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health; his MPH degree was earned at The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and he is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins General Preventive Medicine Residency Program.
