Guillaume Bakadi Mukenge, MPH, is a Technical Advisor to the USAID-supported Health Communication Capacity Collaborative (HC3) project. He helps integrate high parity and advanced maternal age concepts into family planning programs in Africa to increase demand and help to prevent negative maternal, neonatal and child health outcomes. He also supports the NetWorks malaria project in Senegal.
