L&#039;approche de HC3 int\u00e8gre des interventions de communication pour le changement social et comportemental (CCSC) fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes, de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s et d&#039;am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En collaboration avec <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jhpiego.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jhpiego<\/a> et le minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9, HC3 r\u00e9organise une marque de qualit\u00e9 - intitul\u00e9e &quot;Etoile d&#039;Or&quot;, ou Gold Star - qui sera promue \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle nationale et r\u00e9gionale par le biais d&#039;une campagne m\u00e9diatique de masse comprenant la radio, la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, des panneaux d&#039;affichage et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements communautaires. Une fois accr\u00e9dit\u00e9, un \u00e9tablissement de sant\u00e9 re\u00e7oit une \u00ab \u00e9toile d&#039;or \u00bb, qui est affich\u00e9e bien en vue \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur de l&#039;\u00e9tablissement. Actuellement, 15 installations \u00e0 travers le pays ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 re\u00e7u une \u00e9toile d&#039;or et 22 autres sont en cours de processus d&#039;accr\u00e9ditation. Malheureusement, peu de personnes au sein de ces communaut\u00e9s ou \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 comprennent la signification du label \u00e9toile d&#039;or. C&#039;est l\u00e0 que HC3 entre en jeu.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape du d\u00e9veloppement de la nouvelle marque a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un logo et un slogan de campagne mis \u00e0 jour qui incarnent les valeurs que les membres de la communaut\u00e9 jugent les plus importantes lorsqu&#039;ils envisagent d&#039;utiliser ou non leurs services de sant\u00e9 locaux. Ces caract\u00e9ristiques comprennent : l&#039;accueil chaleureux, la confiance, l&#039;empathie, la disponibilit\u00e9, le respect et la confidentialit\u00e9 d&#039;un agent de sant\u00e9 ainsi que la propret\u00e9 de l&#039;\u00e9tablissement de sant\u00e9. Le nouveau logo est une \u00e9toile dor\u00e9e avec une photo de deux infirmi\u00e8res guin\u00e9ennes souriantes \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur, ainsi que le slogan \u00ab Des services de haute qualit\u00e9, votre sant\u00e9 est garantie !<\/p>\n<p>Une fois le logo et le slogan valid\u00e9s par tous les partenaires, de nouveaux panneaux, panneaux d&#039;affichage, affiches et spots radio et t\u00e9l\u00e9vision seront produits et diffus\u00e9s pour promouvoir la marque aux niveaux national et r\u00e9gional. Chaque communaut\u00e9 qui poss\u00e8de d\u00e9j\u00e0 une installation Gold Star c\u00e9l\u00e9brera la campagne en d\u00e9voilant le nouveau logo lors d&#039;une soir\u00e9e de lancement \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle de la communaut\u00e9 comprenant des discours, du th\u00e9\u00e2tre et de la musique.<\/p>\n<p>En faisant la promotion de la marque \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle nationale, HC3 esp\u00e8re inspirer les installations non-Gold Star \u00e0 s&#039;efforcer d&#039;atteindre les m\u00eames normes de haute qualit\u00e9 que les Guin\u00e9ens d\u00e9sirent et m\u00e9ritent.
