L&#039;approche de HC3 int\u00e8gre des interventions de communication pour le changement social et comportemental (CCSC) fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes, de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s et d&#039;am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9. Au cours des prochains mois, nous mettrons en \u00e9vidence diff\u00e9rentes parties du processus, de la facilitation des dialogues communautaires \u00e0 la promotion des centres de sant\u00e9 de qualit\u00e9 revitalis\u00e9s de marque Gold Star.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re activit\u00e9, et sans doute la plus importante, pour r\u00e9tablir la confiance dans le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 est le dialogue communautaire - un processus visant \u00e0 r\u00e9unir les patients et les prestataires de sant\u00e9 pour discuter de la mani\u00e8re d&#039;am\u00e9liorer les services de sant\u00e9. En impliquant \u00e0 la fois les membres de la communaut\u00e9 et les prestataires de sant\u00e9 dans les premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes du processus de revitalisation du centre de sant\u00e9, ils sont non seulement en mesure d&#039;identifier les principaux probl\u00e8mes et pr\u00e9occupations, mais ils sont \u00e9galement plus susceptibles d&#039;\u00eatre impliqu\u00e9s dans la solution.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab Au vu de la situation sanitaire en Guin\u00e9e, il est tr\u00e8s important de tenir la communaut\u00e9 inform\u00e9e. \u00c0 la suite de ce dialogue communautaire, nous, les prestataires de sant\u00e9, devrions savoir maintenant ce que nous devons am\u00e9liorer et ce que nous ne devons pas faire. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce dialogue communautaire, les gens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 parler franchement devant les prestataires de sant\u00e9 de ce qu&#039;ils n&#039;aiment pas concernant nos comportements et des raisons pour lesquelles ils ont du ressentiment \u00e0 se faire soigner dans les structures de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Fatoumata Yansane, Centre de sant\u00e9 de Matam, Conakry<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En novembre et d\u00e9cembre, HC3 a organis\u00e9 quatre dialogues communautaires dans la capitale, Conakry. Les chefs de quartier, les repr\u00e9sentants des groupes de femmes et de jeunes et les chefs religieux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 rencontrer les superviseurs des centres de sant\u00e9, les m\u00e9decins, les infirmi\u00e8res et d&#039;autres membres du personnel de sant\u00e9 pour partager leurs pr\u00e9occupations. Ces dialogues ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussis. Plus de 270 participants ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des discussions anim\u00e9es sur les types d&#039;obstacles \u00e0 l&#039;utilisation des services et sur la mani\u00e8re d&#039;am\u00e9liorer les soins fournis \u00e0 leurs communaut\u00e9s. Les participants ont identifi\u00e9 le co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9 des services comme un obstacle majeur \u00e0 l&#039;utilisation - y compris les prestataires facturant officieusement des frais suppl\u00e9mentaires pour les services, l&#039;accueil hostile des prestataires de sant\u00e9 et le manque d&#039;informations fournies aux patients par les prestataires.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, les participants des deux groupes ont exprim\u00e9 leur gratitude pour l&#039;opportunit\u00e9 que le dialogue a fourni pour am\u00e9liorer la communication dans la communaut\u00e9.
