J&#039;ai aussi pens\u00e9 au pays d&#039;origine du P\u00e8re Mamba qui a connu une \u00e9pid\u00e9mie d&#039;Ebola l&#039;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re en septembre ainsi qu&#039;\u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9pid\u00e9mie qui s\u00e9vit actuellement en Afrique de l&#039;Ouest. J&#039;ai pens\u00e9 aux gens de la Sierra Leone qui \u00e9taient <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/2014\/12\/25\/us-health-ebola-leone-idUSKBN0K30DF20141225\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">interdit de f\u00eater No\u00ebl hors de chez eux<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Comme l&#039;a rapport\u00e9 Reuters, Kadija Kargbo, un homme vivant \u00e0 Freetown, la capitale de la Sierra Leone, \u00e9tait sombre \u00e0 propos de No\u00ebl : \u00ab Nous voulons \u00e9viter tout contact \u00e0 cause de cette maladie mortelle. C&#039;est n\u00e9cessaire mais je ne suis pas vraiment content. Normalement, nous nous amusons beaucoup avec la famille et les amis, mais nous devons simplement rester \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n<p>Non loin de mon esprit se trouvaient \u00e9galement les survivants stigmatis\u00e9s d&#039;Ebola, dont beaucoup ont perdu des membres de leur famille en plus de souffrir eux-m\u00eames du virus. Vous pouvez lire certaines de leurs histoires dans un <a href=\"http:\/\/ebolacommunicationnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/SMAC-Surv_Champs-Facilitators-Guide.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ressource du Consortium d&#039;action de mobilisation sociale<\/a>, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour montrer mettre en valeur leurs \u00e9preuves et tribulations, mais aussi leur espoir pour l&#039;avenir. Une survivante nomm\u00e9e Juliana, une \u00e9tudiante de la ville de Bo, a partag\u00e9 son histoire :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Je suis all\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;h\u00f4pital et le test a montr\u00e9 que j&#039;avais Ebola, j&#039;ai donc \u00e9t\u00e9 admis au centre de traitement. Apr\u00e8s un certain temps dans le centre de traitement, j&#039;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 aller mieux jusqu&#039;au jour o\u00f9 ils ont fait le test et il a montr\u00e9 que je n&#039;avais plus Ebola et que je pouvais \u00eatre lib\u00e9r\u00e9. Maintenant, je me sens en bonne sant\u00e9 dans mon corps mais mon esprit est en difficult\u00e9 parce que j&#039;ai perdu mon cousin, mon fianc\u00e9 et mon fils de 11 mois \u00e0 cause d&#039;Ebola. Dans la communaut\u00e9, les gens ont peur de s&#039;approcher de moi, mais ils sont heureux que je sois en vie. Les gens sont surpris. Ils disent bonjour, mais ils ne me touchent pas et ne veulent pas partager les repas avec moi. C&#039;est difficile pour moi. J&#039;esp\u00e8re que bient\u00f4t les gens se rendront compte que les survivants n&#039;ont plus Ebola et sont immunis\u00e9s. De cette fa\u00e7on, les survivants sont en fait les personnes les plus s\u00fbres.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Des histoires comme celle de Juliana sont \u00e0 la fois d\u00e9chirantes et inspirantes. J&#039;esp\u00e8re qu&#039;elle retrouvera pleinement l&#039;acceptation de ses voisins et que ses pairs l&#039;accueilleront \u00e0 nouveau. Depuis qu&#039;elle a surv\u00e9cu \u00e0 Ebola, Juliana, comme Rudolph, a un trait sp\u00e9cial qui peut faire d&#039;elle une leader dans sa communaut\u00e9.
