The ECN was curated and maintained by Breakthrough ACTION and supported by contributions from those working globally and locally in the response to Ebola.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Breakthrough ACTION was a five-year cooperative agreement funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to lead their SBC programming around the world.
