La "Initiative Hotspot Busters" <\/b>visait \u00e0 r\u00e9duire et \u00e0 \u00e9liminer la propagation de la maladie \u00e0 virus Ebola dans les zones sensibles d\u00e8s l'apparition des cas. Il est devenu un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de la r\u00e9ponse de l'UNICEF \u00e0 l'\u00e9pid\u00e9mie d'Ebola en Sierra Leone. L'UNICEF et le minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 et de l'Assainissement (MOHS), en partenariat avec la Health for all Coalition (HFAC), une organisation communautaire locale dot\u00e9e d'un r\u00e9seau de mobilisateurs sociaux sur le terrain, ont mis en \u0153uvre cette intervention au niveau des quartiers \u00e0 travers le pays. .<\/p>\n

Comment fonctionne le Hotspot Busting ?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Un hotspot a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9fini par HFAC comme \u00ab deux cas suspects d'une communaut\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Les activit\u00e9s <\/b>de cette initiative visait \u00e0 :<\/p>\n

\u2022 Sensibiliser <\/b>Chefs supr\u00eames et chefs traditionnels sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'intensifier la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la MVE dans les communaut\u00e9s du hotspot, y compris la diffusion des arr\u00eat\u00e9s des chefferies sur la MVE\u00a0;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Entreprendre <\/b>une intense sensibilisation communautaire de porte \u00e0 porte;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Apporter <\/b>les messages cl\u00e9s via les supports de CCSC\u00a0;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Faciliter <\/b>r\u00e9f\u00e9rences communautaires; et,<\/p>\n

\u2022 Signaler <\/b>sur les cas suspects.<\/p>\n
